About the Role

This position combines customer service, sales, and administrative responsibilities with specialty vehicles. You will work directly with customers throughout the rental process while helping support the daily operations of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, online, and in person
• Create, update, and manage vehicle reservations
• Check rental vehicles in and out accurately
• Verify customer information, rental qualifications, and documentation
• Recommend vehicle upgrades and rental solutions based on customer needs
• Complete administrative, clerical, and operational tasks that support branch success
• Work with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Build relationships with new and interesting people

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Clean driving record required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Full-time availability required
• Availability to work rotating Saturdays
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and standard office software

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Rental car, automotive, hospitality, banking, retail, or service industry experience
