Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
• Independently build, nurture, and maintain lasting relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring consistent satisfaction and long-term loyalty across all business segments (restorations, parts, services, and products).
• Develop and implement targeted engagement strategies that enhance customer retention and foster repeat business.
• Actively communicate with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and suggest tailored solutions to improve their overall experience with Muncie Imports & Classics.
• Regularly follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure continued satisfaction and address any concerns promptly, strengthening customer trust and brand affinity.
Sales Leadership and Revenue Generation
• Own and lead the entire sales process, from identifying and nurturing leads to closing deals and converting them into long-term clients.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research, with a focus on maximizing revenue across all product lines (restorations, parts, upholstery, merchandise).
• Establish, track, and report on sales targets and KPIs to monitor performance, with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
• Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs, using this knowledge to continuously identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and tactics to convert high-potential leads into customers and increase conversion rates.
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns that effectively promote Muncie Imports & Classics’ services and products, targeting key customer segments across multiple channels.
• Drive the creative direction of marketing content, including digital assets, social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and positioning.
• Manage the end-to-end process of campaign execution, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and results are tracked.
• Develop and oversee paid advertising strategies (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and other digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Social Media Management and Content Creation
• Develop, manage, and continuously improve Muncie Imports & Classics’ presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, driving engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
• Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with followers, aligns with brand values, and promotes product offerings and services.
• Strategically grow the company’s social media following through targeted campaigns, promotions, and collaborations, while engaging with customers in a meaningful way to foster brand affinity.
• Track social media performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, and adjust content strategies to optimize results and maximize reach.
Branded Merchandise and Customer Engagement
• Lead the creation and promotion of branded merchandise, ensuring it aligns with the company’s identity and engages customers on both a functional and emotional level.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to bring merchandise concepts to life, leveraging these products as a powerful tool for customer engagement, loyalty, and brand identity.
• Develop promotional strategies to sell branded merchandise online and at physical events, ensuring maximum visibility and revenue generation.
Market Analysis and Strategic Insights
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages, ensuring the business stays ahead of market demands and identifies new areas of growth.
• Provide actionable insights based on research and analysis to guide both marketing and sales strategies, helping the company adapt to changes in the market and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Analyze customer behavior and buying patterns to optimize targeting and develop tailored strategies that maximize engagement and sales conversions.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership
• Work closely with the leadership team to align sales and marketing initiatives with broader company goals, ensuring cohesive execution across departments.
• Collaborate with the customer service, restoration, and product teams to ensure all marketing messages are consistent with customer experiences and expectations.
• Take the lead on internal communication efforts to ensure all employees are aligned with key marketing and sales initiatives, helping the team stay informed and motivated.

Requirements
• Proven ability to drive sales independently and meet performance targets.
• Experience creating and executing marketing strategies across both digital and traditional channels.
• Comfortable managing multiple product types and customer profiles.
• Strong working knowledge of web platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for growing brand engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create effective content for marketing materials, social media, and campaign assets.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks without daily oversight.

• Automotive Industry Passion: Interest in or familiarity with classic and performance vehicles.

• Technical Experience: Experience with CRM systems, SEO best practices, or e-commerce platforms a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in a small business or automotive-focused environment.
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
