As a Collections Specialist, you'll be responsible for effective customer service, and instrumental in receiving and
collecting payments from customers and protecting company assets. This is NOT a standard call center position as
you will interact with our automotive sales, service, and management personnel.
Requirements:
∙ 3 years of collateralized collections PREFERRED, but not required. Will consider applicants with experience in a
combination of uncollateralized collections with collateralized collections.
∙Detail oriented
∙Computer literate
∙Professional appearance and communication skills
∙Integrity, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
∙Willing to learn and receptive to new ideas
∙Be a team player
