We are looking for a high energy, outgoing, professional individual with strong leadership skills who is receptive to new ideas and concepts. NO GM’S, PLATFORM DIRECTORS, GSM’S, OR SALES MANAGERS. MUST HAVE LEGITIMATE USED CAR MANAGER EXPERIENCE! Mazda Experience is a PLUS! We are offering a strong compensation package and industry leading benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Establish recommended sales and profit objectives
- Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
- Interact (TO) Customers regularly & buy inventory daily
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
- Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales
- Interact with all other Departments to realize customer satisfaction goals
- Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor the performance of all vehicle sales employees
- Supervise the efforts of staff to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership
- Monitor and analyze staffs performances
- Assist staff with helping clients
- Communicate with staff to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed
- Maintain a timely owner follow-up system via the CRM

Salary : $60,000 - $150,000
