Audi BMW VW Pittsfield is currently looking to hire a motivated and professional individual to join our team as an
Automotive Title Clerk / Accounting Clerk. Automotive Title Clerk experience is REQUIRED, Accounts Payable /
Receivable experience is also a plus! Qualified applicants MUST be DETAIL ORIENTED with the ability to multi-task
in an extremely fast-paced work environment. Certifications and degree are not required; but are a plus. We are

PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE TITLE CLERK / ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
Key Responsibilities:
∙Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.
∙Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department, or take messages as needed.
∙Schedule service appointments and update calendars.
∙Scan and electronically file documents, repair orders, and customer records.
∙Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
∙Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing paperwork.
∙Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and management.
Qualifications:
∙High school diploma or equivalent.
∙Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred, ideally in an automotive setting.
∙Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∙Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
∙Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
∙Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
Working Conditions:
∙Office setting within an automotive dealership.
∙Regular use of computers, phones, scanners, and office equipment.
∙May require occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 20 lbs).
