PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE BDC SALES REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. We are offering a competitive base pay PLUS bonuses and an industry leading benefits package.
As a Business Development Sales Associate / Call Center Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for managing all sales activities generated from our Business Development Department. From managing sales leads to closing business, you'll be instrumental in helping this division increase overall dealership sales. This is NOT a standard, showroom floor, automotive sales position!
Great work life balance! We are open Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM, Saturday 9AM -5PM, and CLOSED on Sunday! We are also closed on the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
REQUIREMENTS- Previous Automotive BDC sales associate experience is REQUIRED for this position. Some type of phone sales, customer service, collections experience is REQUIRED. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, a high school degree (or equivalent) and valid driver’s license. High-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed as a BDC Sales Agent at Copeland Chevrolet!

Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming email leads, phone leads, and chat leads
- Perform long-term follow-up with all unsold sales customers
- Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Assist customers online with our Digital Retailing Platform
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Requirements
- Previous BDC Experience is REQUIRED
- Self-motivation
- Basic understanding of web based software
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Drive to hit appointment and sales goals
- Energetic and outgoing personality that is not afraid to talk to customers
Salary : $55,000 - $90,000
