Requirements
Minimum Education and Work Experience
Associate’s degree and two years of experience with knowledge in business and fundamentals of accounting concepts OR any combination of education and experience which would provide the candidate with the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
Preferred Education And Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree and prior health care setting experience preferred.
Required Licenses/Certifications
None
Required Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
Ability to work independently.
Proficient organizational skills.
Ability to pay attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.

Payroll And Expense Reimbursement
- May process bi-weekly Payroll, in accordance with company policy, through enterprise payroll system, or assist with payroll process as needed.
- May process Travel and Expense reimbursement, in accordance with company policy, through enterprise finance system.
- Data entry of AP invoices
- Assist and participate in the AP payment cycle by matching purchase orders to invoices, researching differences, preparing checks for signature, mail checks when ready.
- May review, organize, and prepare patient refund checks for printing and signatures.
- Assist with the preparation of any AP related journal entries
- Prepare any requested reporting of AP transactions
- Assist with daily cash deposit recording and related processes
- Assist with processing travel and expense reimbursements
- Assist with payroll processing tasks
- Assist with credit card payment processing and reconciliations
- Assist with month end close as directed
- Assist with audit request preparation as necessary
- Recognizes potential problems.

- Presents neat appearance in proper attire and identification as required by the position, department, and Clinic.
- Continuously displays a "can do" attitude within the department and across departmental lines to contribute to the overall customer service program in place at the Organization.
- Participates in staff meetings as determined by Manager.
- Supports the Organization’s mission, policies and procedures.
- Reports to work on time and is at work as scheduled.
- Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Pasco Administrative Building – 800 W Court St, Pasco, WA 99301
- $20.55-$27.75/hr. (DOE)
- This is a non-exempt position
