Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler for a full-time, on-site position located in Defiance, MO. The role involves assembling electrical control panels, wiring components, utilizing hand and power tools, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, accurately installing components, and performing mechanical assembly to meet project specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools
- Experience with Panel Wiring
- Skills in Mechanical Assembly processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Prior experience in manufacturing or electrical assembly is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- 1 year relevant experience assembling and wiring electrical control systems using blueprints required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.16 - $29.09 per hour
