Our customers include AWS, JCI, Siemens, Trane, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Emerson, and many more of the best companies in the world.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Essential Job Functions:

• Learns all company products.
• Work with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Operate a variety of labeling devices, wire lines, and other machines.
• Perform panel testing.
• Assist in maintaining the shop schedule and workload in order to keep on time or work with others to come up with a reasonable time frame if it cannot be met.
• Packaging of control panels upon completion.
• Assist with shipping and receiving of job material and parts.
• Perform work with high attention to detail and a priority for product quality.
• Maintain a high awareness of personal safety at all times.
• Practices LEAN concepts and methodologies.
• Supports the Vision, Values, and Strategic Goals of the Company.
• Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the Company.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of previous training experience.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or relatable experience.
• Previous experience developing training materials
