Automatic Coating Limited is a fast paced company looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum grade 12 education with a Diploma/Certificate in Office administration highly recommended
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of office administration experience
- Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office application
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong multitasking, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Full Drivers license
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner, maintains all logs / covid screening documentation.
- Receives incoming mail, opens and sorts and distributes accordingly.
- Checks inventory of office supplies and coffee supplies and orders accordingly as well as production related materials.
- Utilize ERP system for order entry, supply ordering.
- Order supplies
- Logging of various different reports into various different programs such as Excel.
- Checks inventory of office supplies and coffee supplies and advises required orders to purchasing.
- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff
- Other duties or special projects as assigned.
- Perform tasks with company vehicle such as Bank visits, pick up customer visit lunches etc when required.
