We are looking for a Founding Account Executive to spearhead our Sales - IT Managed Services division. You won't just be following a script—you’ll be designing the playbook, identifying "greenfield" opportunities, and architecting high-contract-value (HCV) partnerships from the ground up.

What You’ll Do (The Mission) 🛠️
- Build the Engine: Take full ownership of the top-of-funnel. You aren't managing a desk; you’re building a revenue-generating machine through aggressive prospecting and networking.
- Architect Solutions: Bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value. You’ll lead discovery sessions to uncover pain points in IT Support, Service Desk, and Field Services.
- Own the Lifecycle: Quarterback complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles—from the first cold call to the final C-Suite handshake.
- Pioneer the Market: Leverage our existing strongholds in Senior Living, Hospitality, and Retail to expand our footprint.
Who You Are (The Qualifications) 🏆
- The Track Record: 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically within Managed IT Services. You have documented proof of crushing your quotas.
- The Translator: You can talk shop with a Network Engineer and then pivot to explain ROI and Business Outcomes to a CFO.
- The Multi-Location Expert: You understand the unique headaches of managing 50 locations and know how to solve them.
- The Tech Athlete: Proficient in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Google Workspace. Knowledge of ITIL or technical certifications is a major plus.
- Education: Associate degree or higher in Business or IT (or equivalent professional "street cred" experience).
