Position Overview
- Type: Full Time
- Hours: 40 Hours per Week
- Location: 250 E. Dry Creek Rd, Suite 202B, Littleton, CO 80122
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Marketing Director to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, web, and social for our clients
- Define campaign goals, timelines, and KPIs; track and report performance
- Design and manage marketing deliverables, templates, and internal resources
- Coordinate with internal/external web developer teams to maintain and update client websites, including SEO best practices
- Manage client communication and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors and contractors
- Help mentor social media interns and oversee content creators to ensure quality and deadlines
- Execute email marketing, social media, SEO, Google Ads, and reputation management efforts
- Support Hire4D hiring campaigns, including job listings, applicant screening, and coordination
- Improve workflows, CRM usage, and organization of marketing assets
- Collaborate creatively with clients to develop ideas that grow their customer base
- Remain on top of industry trends, insights, new services, offering, and more to help push the company to the forefront of the marketing industry.

Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, web design, events coordination, entrepreneurship or related fields
- Experience working with multiple clients and managing projects for clients accordingly.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Canva, MailChimp and Asana.
- Experience editing videos into Instagram Reels (Premiere Pro, Canva, or other video editing platforms)
- Proficiency in social media management and content marketing strategies. Experience managing Meta Ads and analyzing results, and A/B Meta Ads Testing
- Strong capability in understanding, analyzing, and communicating marketing analytics and reporting (SEO, Google AdWords, social media metrics, etc.)
- Ability to create data-driven reports and translate complex analytics into actionable insights for clients and team members
- Experience using AI tools to increase productivity and efficiency in a work capacity strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
Experience we’d like to see but not required to apply:
- Experience planning and executing events or trade shows
- WordPress web design or development
- Proven track record of successfully coordinating and collaborating with teams, including remote staff
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Experience working in Google Business Profile(s)
- Any knowledge of the Auto Repair industry. A good majority of our clients come from this industry.
