Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Technician, based in Anchorage, AK, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of commercial laundry equipment at customer locations and in the field. Additional responsibilities include delivering top-notch customer service, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring proper and operational functionality of equipment.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Maintenance & Repair of commercial equipment
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
- Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site equipment servicing
- Strong Customer Service skills to manage client relationships professionally
- Knowledge of general Maintenance practices and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Relevant technical certifications or training are a plus
