Home Automation and AV company serving eastern Long Island residential market seeks experienced candidates for the position of lead field technician. Must be knowledgable and organized and have prior work experience in a similar field.

Job duties include:
- Work closely with management, trades, contractors, and clients to complete projects on time and within budget
- Lead and monitor installation technicians to ensure company and industry best-practices are followed
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and organized
- Install and configure a variety of home automation technologies
- Assist in identifying and participate in training opportunities for yourself and others

About You:
You are reliable, organized, and career-minded. You prioritize clear communication and documentation. You understand analog and digital signal flow and have a solid grasp of networking concepts. You can effectively communicate with both trades and clients. You have in depth knowledge of relevant systems and product lines, and you have performed similar duties at a previous company. A Valid NYS driver's license is required.
