What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist position at Automated Health Systems?
Automated Health Systems has full time customer service call center positions available.
This is a work from home position.
All necessary equipment provided for work at home. You will PICK UP PC at our office in Pittsburgh, PA.
Paid training provided
Work in a professional environment with business casual dress code. Shifts available between 8 AM and 5PM Monday through Friday.
- Medicaid or Healthcare insurance experience is preferred,
- Strong PC proficiency and ability to work with multiple business systems required.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a call center environment and/or customer service position required.
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
