What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative/Application Processor position at Automated Health Systems?
Automated Health Systems has temporary, part time Application Processor positions available. This position supports doctors and healthcare providers with their enrollment into Medicaid.
Three weeks of training provided on workflows and Medicaid rules. Work collaboratively in a team environment.
This is an ONSITE position.
Assist doctors with their applications, follow up as needed, update and enter information in computer systems, and maintain confidentiality of information.
Work in a professional environment with business casual dress code. Shifts available between 8AM to 5PM. Monday through Friday.
- Medicaid or Healthcare insurance experience is preferred,
- Strong PC proficiency and ability to work with multiple business systems required.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a call center environment and/or customer service position required.
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
This position will begin as remote and will move to an onsite. The office is located in McCandless Township, PA.
