Salary
$24-$32 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Requirements:Pre-Employment Qualifications:
- Must be able to take and pass a physical agility test, background, and drug test.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls and dairy emergencies.
- Complete scheduled maintenance work orders.
- Manage and regulate truck inventory levels to ensure readiness for any situation.
- Obtain and maintain all required certifications.
- Foster positive relationships with both customers and coworkers.
- Communicate effectively with external partners and internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Proficiency in utilizing various tools, including phones and computers, is a must for tasks such as handling service calls, completing work orders, and utilizing on-site training tools, inventory management, and time tracking.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- The position entails 8-hour shifts with on-call rotations.
