These positions are to help ACT, Inc. relocate and organize our growing manufacturing operation. Employees who demonstrate reliable attendance, a positive attitude, quality workmanship, and the ability to work well with our team may be considered for full-time, permanent employment following the move.

Job Responsibilities May Include
- Assisting with the relocation and organization of manufacturing operations
- Assembling retail fixtures and displays
- Loading and unloading parts from machines
- Operating equipment such as table saws and miter saws
- Sanding and preparing components
- Packing finished products for shipment
- Inspecting parts and performing quality-control checks
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Sweeping, cleaning, and assisting with general shop duties
Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to understand and communicate workplace instructions in English
- Willingness to learn and perform a variety of manufacturing tasks
- Willingness to work overtime when available
