Responsibilities
- Clean office and plant restrooms
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash in office and plant areas
- Maintain plant break room (floors, tables, microwaves, coolers)
- Operate floor scrubber as needed
- Break down cardboard and transport waste to bins/compactor
- Seasonal grounds keeping: mowing, trimming, weed‑eating, debris removal
- Winter tasks: clean and salt sidewalks
- Remove spider webs throughout facility
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
