Location: Goodlettsville, TN (Remote Position)
Starting Pay: $14.00/hour Uncapped Bonus Potential Averaging $2500.00 per month

What You’ll Do
- Guide consumers through repayment options via inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
- Provide education on debt resolution while de-escalating stressful calls.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conduct skip tracing when needed.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment built on trust and mutual respect.
Your Path to Success
- Training Schedule: Onsite training Monday-Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
- Full-Time Remote: After successful completion of in-office training.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: Call center experience is preferred, but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong de-escalation and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of FDCPA and state laws is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and multitasking.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism.
- Mindset: A commitment to treating consumers and teammates with dignity and respect (FFDR).
