Position Location: Remote BUT MUST LIVE WITHIN 75 MILES OF GOODLETTSVILLE, TN.

Pay Range: $17.00/hour Health and Welfare Benefit of $4.93/hour = $21.93/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Handle both incoming and outgoing calls as they pertain to our client’s accounts.
  • Document all communications with consumers accurately in the system.
  • Ensure quality control and accuracy of information.
  • Track all necessary information, including system documentation and logs.
  • Follow all guidelines, rules, and policies for both our agency and our clients.

Qualification:

  • Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain federal clearance.
  • Ability to attend in-office training at our Goodlettsville, TN office for 3 weeks
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week.
  • Ability to commute to ACSI Head Quarters to complete employment onboarding items and on a case-by case basis, if needed.

  • Self-managed and focused to maintain high levels of productivity in a work-from-home environment.
  • Ability to follow all rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures in all situations.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Remote Requirements:

  • High speed internet connection with the ability to connect to your client assigned system utilizing a connection via ethernet cable
  • The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) set the standard for broadband internet at 25 Mbps for download speeds, and 3 Mbps for upload. To be considered “high speed” your download speed should be higher than the 25 Mbps standard, ranging anywhere from 100 to 1,000 Mbps
  • Personal Mobile Device
  • Home office with ZERO background noise and ZERO distractions

It should be noted that in the event there are attendance issues, compliance issues or internet issues, remote work may be suspended and work within the office may be required.
