Job Summary:

Responsible for the flow of information between multiple internal departments and the creation of business communications with clients. In addition to serving as a frontline contact for clients, work collaboratively with Operations and Sales Executives to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and a successful client contract renewal and implementation period. Use computer databases, electronic spreadsheets, desktop publishing, word processing, and statistical applications to manipulate, analyze, and present data for both internal and client purposes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACSI clients to understand their unique reporting packets and requirements.
  • Conduct regular telephone, email, or in-person contact with client and ensure service satisfaction level of reports and report analysis as needed.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies/issues presented by the client in regards to data integrity in a timely manner.
  • Escalate client issues to Supervisor and/or Sales Executive.
  • Provide support to Sales Executives with monthly and quarterly performance reporting.
  • Ensure reports are prepared and sent based on contract/client requirements that are correct, concise, simplified and properly branded.
  • Knowledge of basic account and client data
  • Document account/client activity in collection software and CRM
  • Effectively manage all client reporting needs with keen attention to detail and deadlines
  • Communicate effectively and professionally via email and over the phone
  • Support DSS and CSRs with internal reports for Client Services including daily, monthly placement reports, Client Call reports, Dispute reports, etc.
  • Other projects as directed by Supervisor.
Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

Education: High School Diploma or GED required

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year previous experience in collections or general office required

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, WORD and Outlook
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Familiar with general office equipment - printer, copier, fax machine, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of collections industry preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to be present in the office and work 40 hours per week; evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
  • Work is in a typical office environment; prolonged sitting required (1-2 hours at a time); ability to move around the office to attend meetings in other areas, etc. 
  • Lifting up to 10 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to accurately and quickly record notes in computer system while speaking to client
