Automated Business Solutions has been providing businesses throughout RI, MA & CT with Office Equipment Solutions and IT Services for over 30 years. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Office Professional to provide expert administrative and contract management support to our valued clients and team. This role is critical to our operations and requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment while managing complex customer relationships independently.

This position is based in our Warwick, RI office and involves extensive telephone communication with our existing customer base - high-volume client interaction focused on service excellence and relationship management, not sales.

Objectives of this role

  • Invoice and manage the entire contract lifecycle, in a way that is neutral, beneficial and fair to both parties involved
  • Quote and execute contracts upon request
  • Ensure that all contracts are in compliance of the signed agreement
  • Perform periodic reviews and run reports of the contracts in place. Provide resolution services whenever a situation arises
  • Educate the clients on their responsibilities, as per the conditions on the contract

Responsibilities

  • Quote, invoice, monitor, and review new and existing contracts
  • Provide essential contract management services by resolving conflicts and monitoring and renewing contracts
  • Manage Dealer to Dealer contracts
  • Review the performance of the contract and report on contracts that are outside of benchmarks
  • Prepare reports and documentation on the contract performance and run them by the senior contract manager (if any)
  • Update and revise contracts as seen fit for both ABS & Clientele
  • Communicate with employees and clients on the status of contracts

Helpful Expertise

  • Experience with e-Automate a plus

Job Type: Full time, Onsite

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Work Location: Warwick, RI

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
