Automated Business Solutions has been a leader in the office equipment industry for over 30 years with 5 offices throughout Southern New England providing Office Equipment Solutions and IT Services to our partners in business. We are currently searching for a self-driven in-house technician to work out of our Warwick, RI office to assist with preparing equipment for our client base. No experience is required just sound mechanical skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills. This position has the potential to allow room for advancement within ABS. Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Basic electronics knowledge (training modules available)
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to communicate and interact with other departments professionally and politely
• Desire to learn and improve
• Basic computer skills are needed to assist with set-up and machine issues.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must have valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

• Set up, test, and repair various types of office equipment
• Assist with delivery and installation of equipment when needed
• Document service and installation activities by entering data and completing reports
• Maintain organized and clean shop area
• Work within a team environment with warehouse, office, technical, and sales professionals
