Shipping and Receiving Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Shipping Receiving Clerk to join

our team!

Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detailed oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in inventory, and maintaining an organized manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast- paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.

· Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to customer requirements and company standards

· Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area, following all safety and compliance guidelines

· Communicate with management regarding any shipping discrepancies, delays, or damaged goods.

· Support general warehouse operations as required

· Ensure all shipping documents are completed and filled correctly

· Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts or audits as needed

· Load and unload trucks, pallets and containers safely with Forklift or Pallet jack (If needed).

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in shipping, receiving or warehouse operations preferred

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Math skills
