We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Business Development to lead revenue growth initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our presence across the United States market.
Position OverviewThe Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, driving enterprise sales initiatives, and developing market expansion strategies. This role requires a strong background in B2B technology sales, AI solutions, SaaS, enterprise software, consulting services, or digital transformation.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated leader with a proven track record of generating revenue, closing large enterprise deals, and building high-performing business development programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Sales Leadership- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- Lead enterprise-level sales engagements from discovery through contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define growth strategies and market positioning.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Establish partnerships with technology providers, system integrators, consulting firms, and industry associations.
- Develop channel partner programs to increase market reach.
- Identify strategic alliance opportunities that support company growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Identify emerging industries and verticals suitable for AI and automation solutions.
- Support expansion into new geographic markets and industry sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients.
- Work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to align customer requirements with company capabilities.
- Mentor and support business development professionals.
- Implement best practices for sales processes, CRM management, and forecasting.
- Contribute to the development of scalable revenue-generation frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 8 years of business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships experience.
- 5 years of experience selling technology solutions, SaaS, AI, automation, consulting, or enterprise software services.
- Demonstrated success in closing six-figure and seven-figure enterprise contracts.
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience selling AI, automation, digital transformation, cybersecurity, compliance, KYC/KYB, AML, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Existing network of enterprise decision-makers across the United States.
- MBA or advanced business degree.
- Experience working within startup or high-growth technology environments.
$130,000 – $180,000 USD annually
Performance Incentives- Quarterly performance bonuses
