Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives by coordinating raw materials procurement, production line setup, and regulatory documentation. Ensure product launch readiness by leading Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities, validating tooling, and assessing process flow feasibility. Lead scanning, transformation, and digitization of mechanical parts to generate precise digital models using Creaform HandySCAN, Geomagic Design X, and Keyence 3D Scanner VL-800. Create high-fidelity 3D renderings in KeyShot to communicate product function and design intent. Optimize Epicor Prophet 21 ERP workflows to align procurement, inventory management, and quality control checkpoints. Manage prototyping and rework processes using CNC machines, press tooling, and pneumatic equipment to support short-run production.
