- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Business Degree.
- 15 years of experience in human resources roles, in manufacturing or automotive industry.
- 10 years in a managerial role, overseeing HR operations and teams, preferably over a large operation.
- Knowledge of applicable legislation and compliance in labor law requirements and HR best practices.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to interpret data and support decision-making.
- Familiarity with variety of employee and payroll management systems.
