Health Safety and Sustainability Supervisor

HSE&S Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on HSE&S Supervisor to drive health, safety, environmental, and sustainability performance at our site. This role is key to ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and strengthening a proactive safety culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead safety inspections, risk assessments & JSAs
• Ensure compliance with permits, regulations & standards (ISO 14001 / 45001, BATF&E)
• Support incident investigations and prevention initiatives
• Promote safe behaviors, hazard reporting, and continuous improvement
• Partner with leaders, employees, and contractors to drive safety excellence
• Support sustainability and emergency response programs
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Engineering degree or relevant HSE experience
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management
• Experience in industrial environments (manufacturing preferred)
• Solid communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
