Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers in-person and on social media, understands how to build trust quickly, and can guide clients through the full sales process — from first contact to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and online leads with a positive attitude.
- Generate and manage leads through platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Explain financing options, vehicle features, and company policies clearly.
- Conduct test drives and complete vehicle sales following company procedures.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
- Maintain the dealership’s professional image through customer service and online presence.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive or retail sales preferred (but not required — we train the right people).
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic CRM systems (DealerCenter experience is a plus).
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-player mindset.
- Valid driver’s license.
