We’re looking for a Churn Reduction Manager - a bubbly, unstoppable, relationship-driven person who our customers love talking to. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) of AutoHDR - calling customers, checking in on their experience, solving problems before they turn into cancellations, and making sure every user ends every call thinking:
This isn’t a reactive support role, it is proactive relationship-building. You’ll spend your days:
- Calling customers (at a high volume) to check in, troubleshoot, and keep them fired up about the product.
- Looking at usage data and identifying customers at risk of churn - and turning them around with your personality and by solving problems.
- Bridging the gap between customers and developers - making sure every user’s feedback helps improve the product.
- Auditing quality issues, following up on flagged photos, and making sure every shoot that goes through AutoHDR is perfect.
- Being the positive energy that raises the bar for everyone - customers, coworkers, and the culture.
This is a high-impact role with tons of room for growth and real earning potential. When churn goes down, your comp goes up.
- Make daily outreach calls to active and downgraded customers to check in, solve problems, and rebuild confidence.
- Run monthly “happiness check-ins” with top photographers - gather feedback, ask what they love, what they want, and how we can make their life easier.
- Review photo quality flags and proactively help users understand how to avoid issues or get fixes.
- Collaborate with developers to diagnose recurring bugs or feature requests and track progress on resolutions.
- Maintain a daily report of customer calls, feedback, and wins.
- Continually improve the churn prevention system: spotting trends, building better alerts, and improving outreach playbooks.
- Keep our team motivated - bring energy, humor, and optimism into every room.

- You’ll start with a base salary of $60K–$75K, depending on experience, plus the opportunity to earn up to an additional $25K–$40K per year in performance bonuses tied directly to churn reduction and customer retention targets.
