Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor role based in Lebanon, PA. The Service Advisor serves as the main point of contact between customers and the service department, greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and accurately documenting service needs. Qualifications

- Clear and professional Communication skills, both in person and over phone/email.
