This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Painter at our Berlin Heights, OH facility. The Industrial Painter will be responsible for preparing metal surfaces for painting, mixing and applying various coatings with precision, and maintaining painting equipment. Additional duties include inspecting finished products for quality, adhering to safety guidelines, and ensuring compliance with production standards.

• Experience with industrial painting techniques, including mixing and applying paint, primers, and coatings.
• Proficient in surface preparation processes, such as sanding and cleaning, for metal products.
• Knowledge of safety standards and adherence to proper handling of painting equipment and materials.
• Detail-oriented with ability to inspect and ensure the quality of finished surfaces.
• Physical ability to work in an industrial environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
• Prior experience in industrial or automotive painting is preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in painting is a plus.
