Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Car Salesperson, based in Indianapolis, IN, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Car Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing detailed information about vehicles, arranging test drives, and negotiating sales agreements. Additional responsibilities include ensuring a positive and personalized customer experience, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets while keeping customer satisfaction as a priority.

- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills to build lasting relationships
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for effective engagement with clients
- Experience in Automotive Sales and understanding of vehicles and the automotive market
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client concerns
- Proficiency in using sales management tools and technology is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional sales certifications or training are a plus
