• B-Technicians: $25.00 - $35.00

Expanded Responsibilities by Level

Master & A-Level Technicians

• Advanced Diagnostics: Perform expert-level troubleshooting and repair of engine, transmission, electrical, and complex safety systems (ADAS).
• Quality Leadership: Act as a shop leader, performing quality-control checks and mentoring junior technicians.
• Technical Consultation: Interface with Service Advisors to explain complex repairs and ensure a premium guest experience.

B-Level Technicians

• Mechanical Competency: Diagnose and repair systems (brakes, suspension, AC, steering) with minimal supervision.
• Efficiency: Maintain high productivity while adhering to strict factory standards and digital repair order documentation.

Quick Service / Entry Level

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform high-quality oil changes, rotations, and fluid replenishment.
• Digital Inspections: Conduct thorough Multi-Point Inspections (MPI) using tablets to document vehicle health.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• NH Motor Vehicle Inspection License (Preferred).
• ASE Certifications are a significant plus.
• A desire for long-term career development in a luxury environment.
