- Sell and issue boarding tickets to passengers
- Answer incoming telephone calls from the general public and provide information
- Describe bus layout and seating locations
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate, up-to-date information
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflict
- Read, write, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Generate daily report of all sales transactions
- Other tasks assigned by the Terminal Supervisor
