Duties
- Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and wheel-lift models, to recover and transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Conduct automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to determine the best recovery method.
- Load and unload vehicles carefully, ensuring minimal damage during transit.
- Manage conflict situations professionally when dealing with distressed customers or roadside emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of all recoveries, loads, and deliveries for reporting purposes.
- Follow safety protocols rigorously during vehicle recovery operations and when operating heavy equipment such as tow trucks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating tow trucks, flatbeds, or similar commercial driving equipment.
- Familiarity with manual transmissions and automotive repair procedures.
- Experience with automotive diagnostics, load & unload procedures, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
