This person will lead the strategy in IT and propel us forward in an industry ready for innovation. It’s a top-level management role, and they will report to the President/COO.

Specific Duties include:
Collaborating with the leadership team to prioritize projects and integrate systems and providing a regular cadence of status updates
- Developing and mentoring the IT team
- Managing compliance, rollout plans and vendors
- Overseeing system support, credit card interface, and company databases all within department budget
- Acting as subject matter expert for technology and point-of-sale programs
- Managing long-term projects and expansion through people, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s in a technology field
- At least 10 years’ experience managing teams
- Retail industry experience understanding data flow and customer systems
- Systems integration project management
