As a Service Assistant, you play an important role in creating a positive client experience by supporting the Service Department in its daily operations. This position helps ensure service lanes run smoothly and efficiently by assisting clients and team members with professionalism and urgency. This position is part time/flexible hours.
As a Service Assistant with Autobahn Fort Worth, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting clients and assisting with vehicle intake and delivery
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer lounge
- Assisting Service Advisors and Technicians with light administrative tasks and errands
- Moving and parking vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Supporting the flow of communication between clients and service staff
- Monitoring vehicle status and assisting with timely updates and coordination
- Performing minor vehicle inspections and checking for visible damage
- Ensuring dealership standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or dealership experience preferred
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
