Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Valet at Autobahn Motorcar Group, located in Fort Worth, TX. The Valet will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by assisting clients as they arrive for sales or service appointments. Daily tasks include parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and supporting administrative tasks as needed. The role also involves ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Valet Parking, including safe and efficient vehicle handling
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Basic Administration capabilities to support service operations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including luxury and high-performance models
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
