As a Business Coordinator, you play a critical role in bridging the gap between finance and business operations. This position is responsible for processing vehicle purchase and sales transactions, vehicle registrations, monitoring and cleaning vehicle related schedules, and supporting the dealership to enhance business performance and profitability.
As a Business Coordinator with Autobahn Fort Worth, you will be responsible for:
- Stocking vehicles into inventory
- Billing and titling all retail & wholesale deals through WebDealer as appropriate
- Maintaining security of license plates, MSO’s, and vehicle titles
- Processing all vehicle purchases including dealer trades
- Follow up on all outstanding titles and perform regular title audits
- Process out of state deals
- Reviewing and maintaining all deal related schedules including inventory and receivables
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of automobile industry experience
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Salary : $23 - $28
