Collision Repair Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Collision Repair Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while following all manufacturer and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Repair or replace damaged body panels and components
- Ensure proper panel alignment, fit, and finish
- Follow OEM repair procedures and safety guidelines
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality
- Collaborate with estimators, painters, and technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous collision repair experience required
- Strong knowledge of body repair techniques, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and follow repair estimates and repair procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license
