As a Heavy Duty Counter position you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Heavy Duty Parts business at Auto Value Pontiac, MI. This position requires strong knowledge of Heavy Duty Truck equipment as well as a strong background in retail automotive sales and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding sector.
* This is a Full time position with rotation on Saturdays.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in Heavy Duty Parts, preferably covering all makes, to provide comprehensive support to our customers.
- Demonstrate the "Never Say No" Philosophy by efficiently gathering information to locate and identify any required Heavy Duty Truck parts.
- Collaborate with our Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to identify sales opportunities and engage customers on our full range of Heavy Duty offerings.
- Execute prompt and effective follow-up with customers to ensure accurate part selection and exceptional service.
- Assist management in developing sales promotions to drive Heavy Duty sales growth.
- Work closely with management to establish tailored Heavy Duty inventories for the stores you support, based on customer demand.
- Conduct outbound sales calls on a daily basis, leveraging sales promotions to foster Heavy Duty sales leads.
