Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly, packaging, and transportation of products within the manufacturing facility
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, ensuring proper technique to prevent injury
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold safety standards in production
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly at all times to ensure safety compliance
- Support machine operators by preparing materials and supplies needed for production runs
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and workspaces, reporting any issues or hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
- Knowledge of safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and hazard awareness
- Prior experience working in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team
