Auto Use is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team in Andover, MA. If you have experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer account management and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll work directly with dealer customers to manage outstanding balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and help maintain strong customer relationships while achieving collection goals.
What You’ll Do
- Contact dealer customers regarding past due accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Partner with internal departments to resolve account issues
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service
- Meet or exceed monthly collection goals
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of collections, accounts receivable, or related experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collections/accounting software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
