Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tint, PPF (Paint Protection Film), and Vinyl Installer to join our dynamic automotive customization team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing vehicle aesthetics and protection by expertly applying window tint, PPF, and vinyl wraps. Your skills will help transform vehicles while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties

• Install window tinting films on vehicle windows with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a flawless finish.
• Apply paint protection film (PPF) to vehicle surfaces to safeguard against chips, scratches, and environmental damage.
• Install vinyl wraps and decals, customizing vehicle exteriors according to client specifications.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or masking to ensure optimal adhesion of films and wraps.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes.
• Conduct quality checks post-installation to verify proper application, alignment, and finish standards.
• Maintain a clean workspace, organize tools and materials, and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Prior dealership experience or automotive customization background preferred.
• Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) is a plus but not required.
• Experience with window tinting, auto glass installation, or auto body repair highly desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools and power tools for precise installations.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, auto estimating, or automotive repair enhances your suitability for this role.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks consistently.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive mechanic experience or auto glass installation background is advantageous but not mandatory.
