Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, and basic vehicle inspections with precision and efficiency
- Conduct tire services including rotations, replacements, and pressure checks to ensure safety and performance
- Assist with minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, belt replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete service procedures accurately
- Support alignment services and other vehicle maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic vehicle questions confidently
Requirements
- Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement procedures, and basic mechanical repairs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments
- Experience with standard passenger car operation, tire service, oil changes, and minor mechanical repairs
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of automotive service standards including alignment and vehicle maintenance procedures
