About the Role
Auto-Tap, Inc. is a leading metal cleaning company specializing in vapor degreasing. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is eager to learn multiple areas within a manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Learn and operate vapor degreasing systems
- Operate shot blast and tapping machines
- Use a 2-ton hoist to load and unload equipment
- Operate a forklift to move materials
- Transfer materials manually or using a parts dumper
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support other tasks as needed across the facility
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work in different areas of the plant throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a team environment
- Prior machine operation or warehouse experience is a plus (but not required)
