Position Summary
Auto Sport Detailing is hiring a dependable and motivated Introductory Detailer to join our team in Santa Rosa. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a foundational knowledge of auto detailing who’s ready to grow in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality services that meet our standards and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Perform entry-level detailing services including vehicle washing, vacuuming, wipe downs, and interior cleaning
- Follow ASD’s detailing standards and complete assigned jobs efficiently and correctly the first time
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including shop floors, bays, and equipment
- Communicate clearly with team members and service writers regarding job status and needs
- Track time and services accurately to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule
- Assist other team members as needed and contribute to a team-first shop culture
- Learn and adhere to ASD’s systems, expectations, and quality benchmarks
Position Requirements
- Basic knowledge of vehicle detailing processes, tools, and products
- Ability to complete jobs on time without the need for corrections
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Consistent timeliness and reliable work attendance
- Willingness to maintain a clean workspace and follow safety protocols
- Must work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to learning ASD’s full operation and expectations
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Additional merit pay is available based on performance
- Five sick days per year
- Paid holidays

- Use of shop facilities for personal vehicle detailing
