This is a full time key position, so we seek a very responsible, organized individual with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Process payroll on a weekly basis
- Payroll tax and quarterly reporting
- Prepare W-2
- Workers Comp monthly reporting
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Daily journal entries
- Bank reconciliations
- Year end tax preparation
- LLC annual filings
- Real estate taxes
Job requirements:
- Experience working as an accountant
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Knowledgeable of computer technology that includes excel, google docs and quick books
- Strong math skills
